Mechanical Agitation Systems
Mixers
A robust motor drives a propeller positioned at the base of the tank, creating a strong circulating flow that keeps fertilisers in suspension. Ideal for: Simple, reliable mixing in individual tanks. Note: Requires one motor per tank.

Turbine Agitators
A high‑performance alternative to standard mixers, using a PP cylindrical turbine for double‑action mixing:

Radial jets sweep around the turbine to create rotational flow.

Axial jets stir from the bottom upward, generating a vertical stream.
This combination ensures complete circulation from the base to the surface of the tank. Ideal for: Greenhouse projects or applications requiring intensive, full‑height mixing.
Hydraulic Agitation Systems
Fertiliser Mixing Pump
The pump draws solution from the bottom of the tank and returns it through four eductor nozzles, which amplify the mixing force and create powerful turbulence. Ideal for: Fast, efficient mixing with strong circulation. Note: One pump per tank.
Air Based Agitation (Most Popular Option)
Air Pump System
A single air pump can agitate up to eight tanks. Air is piped to the bottom of each tank through 8 mm drilled holes arranged in an L‑shape or cross pattern. Rising air bubbles lift and circulate the fertiliser solution from the bottom upward. Ideal for: Cost‑effective, low‑maintenance agitation across multiple tanks.
