Clean water is of great importance to cultivating healthy crops. Our UV-C system inactivates bacteria, viruses and fungi such as Pythium and Fusarium, without leaving any residue in the water. This makes irrigation even more sustainable.
The UV radiation inactive microorganisms without leaving any residue, unlike other disinfection systems. This ensures safe water with which plants can be irrigated. For the constant growth of healthy crops disinfection must take place. Especially in summer periods when the growth of pathogens in water is enhanced by warmer temperatures.
Some viruses and fungi are present in large numbers in the water. This requires a long contact time with UV, especially when certain nutrients are reused. Special housings are used to permanently inactivate these micro-organisms, which are easy to install in an irrigation system.

HDPE - 6 bar UV lamp systems
The high-quality HDPE reactors of the HDPE series have been designed to treat highly corrosive water. Besides that, HDPE is resistant to aggressive UV radiation, which makes it very suitable as an irradiation chamber for our UV technology. They are suited for all kinds of disinfection and UV-C treatment applications and can even be used for the production of ultrapure water, semiconductor-, pharmaceutical- and cosmetic industries.

INOX SS - 10 bar UV lamp systems
The INOX product range has low pressure and medium pressure UV lamp based systems. The medium pressure UV lamps emit a wide spectrum of Ultraviolet (UV) light which not only gives very good disinfection results but is also excellent for photolysis applications.
The single ended lamp in combination with the S.B.T. (Single-end Bayonet Technology) and the on-chamber visual lamp status indication makes the systems extremely user friendly. We offer different systems with medium pressure lamps ranging from 400 W up to 3.5 kW.

UV INOX Immersion systems
No pressure loss is a great advantage of the Immersion series, because the UV-C lamps are integrated into your water system without an irradiation chamber. The fixtures are made of high quality stainless steel. The immersion units are designed for a working pressure of 6 bar which results in an installation depth of 60 meter. The entire system can operate fully submerged. The UV-C INOX Immersion units are equipped with a 9 meter long cable which can easily be connected to the control panel. The cable glands with strain relief protect the cable against kinks which improves the durability.
The UV-C Immersion system can be delivered with several UV-C lamps, varying in power from 40 W up to 325 W. The lamp is installed in a protective quartz sleeve and can withstand vibrations and strong water flows.
The UV-C lamps are based on amalgam lamp technology with a lamplife of 16,000 hours. This results in low maintenance costs.

UV INOX Immersion - Brackets & Mounting
Mounting/connection flange
The UV-C Immersion systems can be used in filter tanks and containers
without introducing extra resistance of headloss. A special mounting and connection flange is optional available for installing a system in the wall of a tank or container, the wall thickness doesn’t matter.
Brackets
Special stainless steel mounting brackets are optional available for an easy and stable installation of the UV-C Immersion units. The brackets can be used for horizontal and vertical installation inside a tank or container. By installing multiple brackets on a frame the unit can also be immersed in a channel.
Fixture and lamp
The fixture is made out of stainless steel 316L which allows the use in multiple applications. Because of the grip surface on the operating parts no tools are required for installation or service, all can be done by hand.
Lamp

UV INOX Float systems
The INOX Float has a floating cushion on the top with which the unit can be placed in the water. Due to the unique way of installation, this works perfectly with fixed or changing water levels. The combination of a floating cushion and the UV INOX Immersion is a perfect solution against viruses, bacteria, algae and bio film in tanks. The ultraviolet radiation deactivates the microorganisms present, which means that the quality of the water is constantly guaranteed.
The UV INOX Float units are equipped with a 9 meter long cable that can be easily connected to the controlpanel.
Lamps
The UV Float system is available with several UV-C lamps, varying in power from 40 W to 200 W. The lamp and quartz tube are mounted in a protective harness which protects the fragile parts from turbulent water flows. The UV-C lamps are based on amalgam lamp technology with a lifespan of 16,000 hours. This results in low maintenance costs.
