PS-1000

Greenhouse sprayer

PS-1000 is an advanced professional high-pressure sprayer with a 1000l tank designed for for medium-sized and large-scale greenhouses. PS-1000 can be used in indoor and outdoor crop protection and treatment.
Available with an electric motor in standard, and petrol engine upon request.

PS-300 is an advanced professional high-pressure sprayer with a 300l tank designed for small, and medium-sized greenhouses. PS-300 can be used in indoor crop protection and treatment.

LM-03

Manual horizontal-vertical mast for spraying flowers and herbs

LM-03 – Manual mast with horizontal and vertical spraying is intended for efficient and homogeneous spraying of low greenhouse plants (flowers, herbs, lettuce, strawberries, tree and vegetable seedlings). Compared to the manual spraying method with usual nozzles, here we obtain an increase in spraying efficiency, an improvement in the quality and uniformity of plant cover, while reducing the consumption of chemicals.

Typical equipment includes 3 independent masts:
a) 1 mast with nozzles for the main spraying (Main spraying means spraying of the rows with plants. It can be done simultaneously on the right and left side of the row)
b) 1 mast with nozzles for additional spraying (Additional spraying means spraying the ends and beginnings of the cultivation rows with plants. Here, too, each pair of nozzles can be turned off or on)
c) 1 horizontal mast with top sprayers for low-growing plants

Each mast can be turned on and off independently of each other.

Each nozzle can be adjusted within a certain range of -15 degrees, 0 degrees, +15 degrees and each nozzle can be turned on or off from the spraying. This is a very important functionality.
Standard equipment includes an anti-drip valve, 2 types of nozzles (double flat fan nozzle and full cone nozzle).

LM-01 

Manual vertical spraying masts

A series of manual vertical masts is designed for efficient and homogeneous spraying of greenhouse high growing vegetables. Compared to the manual spraying method with usual nozzles, here we obtain an increase in spraying efficiency, an improvement in the quality and uniformity of plant cover, while reducing the consumption of chemicals.
Professional spraying of greenhouse plants, taking into account high precision and efficiency of spraying while maintaining high efficiency and economy in working time and chemical consumption.

The equipment includes 1 mast with nozzles for main spraying (spraying takes place simultaneously on the right and left side of the plant row). Each nozzle can be adjusted within a certain range of -15 degrees, 0 degrees, +15 degrees and each nozzle can be turned on or off from the spraying. This is a very important functionality.
Standard equipment includes an anti-drip valve, 2 types of nozzles (double flat fan nozzle and full cone nozzle).

Optionally, you can use the so-called extension for direct spraying under plant leaves.

LM-02

Each nozzle can be adjusted within a certain range of -15 degrees, 0 degrees, +15 degrees and each nozzle can be turned on or off from the spraying. This is a very important functionality.

Manual horizontal-vertical mast for spraying flowers and herbs

The system of portable sprayers can be completed with wheels with a rim for heating pipe systems, solid rubber wheels or pneumatic wheels for use in open spaces (field crops). The track width can be easily adjusted to suit for  different heating pipe systems (applies to rail pipe systems).

Possible execution on various wheels according to customer needs:

1. Solid pneumatic or foam wheels for flat ground surfaces

2. Hard polyurethane wheels (non-marking) for concrete surfaces

3. Plastic rolling hubs for driving on heating pipes

HP- Range

Greenhouse cart-sprayers

Advanced high pressure plant sprayers with tanks 110 or 300 liters are designed for efficient spraying of all kinds of plants in a greenhouse.

  • Scattering the particles – covering plants with a liquid thoroughly and evenly increases the effectiveness of the preparations.

  • Strong turbulence – good penetration of plants thanks to the strong stream of air and liquid.

  • Economy of means – The efficiency of the machine when combined with original WANJET nozzles reduces significantly the working time and the consumption of chemicals. The WANJET production programme anticipates a wide range of spraying jets perfectly tailored for various working conditions. The machine is equipped with an electric engine and a modern piston pump.

  • Tank – is made of transparent material with a marked scale, which allows the operator to check the level of the liquid quickly.

  • Automatic mixing – in order to obtain homogenous liquid for spraying the mixing is done by means of a three-way valve. The lack of sharp edges enables precise cleaning.

  • Liquid filtration – filtration takes place in two stages, partly by the filter placed on the tank and partly by the replaceable filter element mounted between the tank and the pump.

  • Hose reel – mounted conveniently high, it may be turned in the chosen direction, which makes the work more efficient.

  • Pressure regulator – allows setting the pressure in a convenient way in the range between 0 and 150 bars.

  • PE liquid tanks, 110 or 300 litre content, highly smooth finishing on the inside as well as on the outside.

OT-600

High pressure trailed strawberry sprayer

Trailed agricultural and greenhouse high-pressure sprayer OT-600 is designed especially for horizontal spraying in foil tunnels and glass greenhouses with hanging gutters.  Crop protection with OT-600 spraying system is specially suggested for strawberry and ornamental flower crops.

Sprayer is adapted for towing with an orchard tractor  – that provides it with mechanical power to the pump and hydraulic power to working parts.

OT-600 tank with folding beams is used to transport and apply the spraying liquid to the leaves and stalks of strawberry plants. Chemical substances with disinfecting or fertilizing properties are used to spray. These agents, mixed with water in an appropriate proportion, are sprayed on plants in atomized form under high pressure.

  • pressure regulator with overflow function;

  • water agitation of the solution in the tank;

  • 48 double adjustable nozzles equipped with flat fan and conical nozzles;

  • 2 pneumatic wheels;

  • two spraying arms, controlled (folded, and unfolded) hydraulically driven from the tractor’s hydraulic system (2-way circuit needed);

  • hydraulically adjustable support arms in terms of the spraying height (vertical axis adjustment up and down – adjustment range about 40 cm – 1-way circuit needed);

  • tilt regulation due to the terrain (2-way circuit needed).
